Target Times
Target times enable audio signals and visual displays for lap times. Choose between training and competition mode for different feedback types. (Pro Feature)
Training Mode
Build a structured program with series, repetitions and pauses. The app signals after each section and shows the deviation from target time.
Each series has a color, a repetition count and an ordered list of rows (active sections + pauses). Example: 6× 200m in 32s, P 60s.
Optional pause between two series blocks. Signals when elapsed.
Each series repeats as configured. Pauses after the last repetition are skipped.
Target time can be adjusted anytime during the run — becomes active at next split.
Tap the microphone icon and dictate the program. Example: "6 times 200m in 32 seconds, pause 60 seconds, then 4 times 400m in 70 seconds". The app automatically recognizes series, repetitions, times and pauses.
The training program can be applied to all athletes of the current group with a single tap.
In the report each series is evaluated separately: average, fastest, slowest lap — each with deviation from target time.
After each split the deviation from the last completed lap's target time is shown for 5 seconds in the timer header. Black = faster than target, Red = slower.
In the report each split shows the deviation from the target time of that lap.
Competition Mode
Audio signal when target time is reached.
Target time cannot be changed during the run. Changing resets the timer.
Enter race distance (m), track length (m) and planned total time. Target time per lap is calculated automatically. Partial laps at the end are handled correctly.
Trainer Location: If you're not at start/finish, enter your position on the track (e.g. 200m on a 400m track). The first target time is automatically adjusted proportionally.
Enter target time per lap directly and optionally the lap count (e.g. 12.5 laps). Useful when track length is not known.
After each split the cumulative deviation from the overall target time is shown for 5 seconds in the timer header. Black = ahead of pace, Red = behind pace.
In the report each split shows the deviation from the average pace (target time per lap).
Delete Target Time
At the bottom of target time dialog. Removes target time completely and deactivates all signals.
